Refunds & Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy – WLS Visuals Online Store

At WLS Visuals, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return physical items purchased from our online store within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The item is not a digital product or subscription-based service (see Section 3).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Digital items (e.g., e-books, downloadable content, digital art, or media files).

  • Subscription-based services (e.g., memberships, online courses, or access to exclusive content).

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item that is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email wlsvisuals@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the return within 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit, as per your preference.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If your return does not meet the conditions above, we may reject the return or issue partial store credit at our discretion.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a replacement.
